OSS & EKMOB- Sales Competencies Training for Sustainable Sales Success in Turbulent Times

"Sales Competencies Training Required for Sustainable Sales Success in Turbulent Times" organized by our Training and Organization Working Group with the support of Ekmob, one of our participating members It took place on November 15, 2022 at Meydan Istanbul Shopping Mall - Justwork Office.

Under the guidance of Kursat Tuncel, the author of the book "Sales Cube", the hybrid webinar was followed by nearly 150 participants.

In the training that the participants followed with interest; ''Principles of customer trust and tactical methods of gaining trust, emotional and rational elements of persuasion, principles of effective customer communication, customer needs and motivation to purchase, customer presentation and optimum amount of information, needs assessment and questioning technique, differences between the apparent and real needs of the customer, sales closing questions, active listening skills, principles of value selling, customer's point of purchase, win-win approach in negotiation, goal-based dynamic sales approach and the importance of CRM systems, meeting customer objections and discount techniques were discussed.
