OSS & ADİZES - Strategic Crisis Management Webinar

The "Strategic Crisis Management" webinar, organized by the Training and Organization Working Group in cooperation with OSS & Adizes Turkey, took place on April 5, 2022.

Under the guidance of Mehmet Ayhan Dayoğlu, Strategy and Management Coach & Adizes Turkey Manager, the interactive webinar was followed by nearly 50 participants.

In the webinar, which attracted great interest; topics such as "Recent mega changes, strategic customer relations elements, overcoming resistance to transformation, success formula in crisis, decision making, action and managing objections" were discussed.
