Future-Oriented Panels at Automechanika Istanbul Academy

As part of Automechanika Istanbul Academy, a wide range of panels were organized this year, drawing significant interest and participation from attendees.

The panel series kicked off on Friday, June 13 at 11:00 AM with “The Footprint of Women in the Aftermarket: Messages for the Future”, organized by the OSS İş’te Balans Working Group.

Later the same day, at 2:30 PM, the series continued with the panel titled “The Road to the Future of Automotive: Transformation Through Education”, hosted by the OSS Training and Organization Working Group.

Additionally, during the Equality 4 Business panel—organized within the Automechanika Academy and supported by the OSS İş’te Balans Working Group and TAYSAD—moderators and speakers shared insights on women’s employment and equal opportunity in the industry.
