OSS 2024 Administrative and Financial General Assembly was held
The Automotive Aftermarket Association (OSS) held its 2024 Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Elit World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı.
The event started with the opening speech of Orçun İstanbulluoğlu, General Coordinator of the Association. Then, Ali Özçete, Chairman of the Board of Directors, took the floor and delivered his speech at the General Assembly. In his speech, Özçete emphasized the vision and goals of the association for the future.
Secretary General Emirhan Silahtaroğlu made a comprehensive presentation on the activities of 2023 and stated that they have maximized the awareness of OSS in both the public and the sector. Silahtaroğlu stated that they will continue to work to protect the interests of the after-sales sector in 2024 and beyond with the support of their members.
During the event, OSS Board Member Cemal Çobanoğlu gave information about the activities of the Trademark Protection Working Group. Afterwards, Hüseyin Muratoğlu, Member of the Audit Board, presented the audit report for the 2023 activity period.
The budget negotiations were conducted by Treasurer Burak Şener and the General Assembly was adjourned by the Chairman of the Divan, İshak Satış.
The General Assembly was followed by the launch of the Sectoral Research on the Turkish Aftermarket commissioned by the OSS Association to Frost & Sullivan. Frost & Sullivan Mobility Director Hikmet Çakmak shared the details of the report with his presentation.
The event ended with a dinner. Members had the opportunity to get together and chat during the dinner.
