OSS Association in Brussels for FIGIEFA General Assembly and FIGIEFA Conference 2024

The OSS Management attended the FIGIEFA General Assembly held in Brussels on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Following the General Assembly, OSS Secretary General and FIGIEFA Board Member Emirhan Silahtaroğlu was presented with a plaque of appreciation by FIGIEFA President Mads Engberg for the warm hospitality extended to FIGIEFA member participants at the FIGIEFA Elective General Assembly held in Istanbul a few months prior.

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, OSS participated in the FIGIEFA Conference 2024. The conference began with a dinner attended by former Belgian Prime Minister and Member of the European Parliament Guy Verhofstadt the previous evening. Themed "Independent Automotive Aftermarket: A Driving Force for Europe's Competitive, Sustainable, and Affordable Mobility," the conference saw a large turnout. Industry stakeholders, leaders, and policymakers gathered to discuss pressing issues affecting the automotive aftermarket sector and future trends. OSS Secretary General Emirhan Silahtaroğlu, General Coordinator Orçun İstanbulluoğlu, and association members represented OSS and Turkey in the best possible way at this important event.
